4. Pricing and Payment

4.2 Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse or upon collection by the Buyer’s carrier.
5.3 Title to goods remains with Skinsetics Ltd until payment has been received in full.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1 Equipment is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty, the details of which will be provided at the time of purchase.
6.2 Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
6.3 Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect supply, subject to inspection.
6.4 Any return must be pre-approved in writing by Skinsetics Ltd and returned in exactly the same packaging and in the same condition as received.

7. Training and Professional Use

8. Liability Disclaimer – Equipment Use

8.1 All Equipment is sold for professional use only by trained and qualified practitioners.
8.2 The Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance of the Equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
8.3 Skinsetics Ltd shall not be held liable for:

Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the Equipment;
Operation by unqualified or inexperienced individuals;
Injury, damage, or financial loss resulting from improper use or negligence;
Any treatment-related adverse outcomes or client complaints.

8.4 The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Skinsetics Ltd including their employees, agents, and affiliates, against all claims, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of Equipment.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skinsetics Ltd total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Equipment supplied.
9.2 Under no circumstances shall Skinsetics Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Business interruption or loss of profits;
Treatment failures or unsatisfactory results;
Downtime, repair costs, or replacement of consumables.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death resulting from gross negligence.

10. Compliance with Regulations

10.1 The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, import/export regulations, and medical device registration requirements in their jurisdiction.
10.2 Skinsetics ltd provides no guarantee of regulatory approval for use of Equipment in any particular country or state.

11. Intellectual Property

All product names, brand marks, logos, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Skinsetics Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this site or its materials without prior written consent.

12. No Medical Advice

Any information, demonstration, or training provided by Skinsetics Ltd is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You are responsible for determining the suitability of any treatment performed using the Equipment.

13. Force Majeure

Skinsetics Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disputes, or transport delays.
