This is our shipping terms and conditions.

Machines are shipped within a time frame of 2 to 28 days from the date of the order completion. When we stipulate completion it means that all payments have cleared into our company bank accounts. Normally bank transfers can take a between 3 to 7 days to clear. If you pay with a credit or debit card it takes 7 days to clear into our company bank accounts.

Accessories if showing in stock will normally be shipped using Royal Mail or Fedex.

We ensure that all products are shipped securely, if your product arrives damage please in the first instance take photographic evidence and send to us with an explanation of the damage to our email contact@skinsetics.com

We normally will supply tracking information on your account alongside your order once it has been shipped.
