Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Refunds & Returns (Non-Machine Products)

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Skinsetics Limited. Please note the following conditions for refunds and returns:

Refunds and returns are available on physical products only and do not apply to machines or digital products.

Returned products must be in original condition, with packaging intact, labels attached, and unopened.

If a product is faulty, it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Skinsetics Limited does not hold replacement machines in stock but will assist and advise on how to obtain a replacement directly from the manufacturer.

Please be aware that warranty claims may involve a processing period determined by the manufacturer, which is outside of Skinsetics Limited’s control.

Refunds for non-defective goods cannot be claimed until 10 working days have passed from the date of order.

If only part of an order has been delivered, only a partial refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued directly back to the original payment method. While most refunds are processed within 14 days, this may take up to 30 days.

Important: If a refund claim is made within the initial 40-day period (10 days for delivery + 30 days for processing), Skinsetics Limited reserves the right to deduct any fees or costs incurred in disputing the claim.

Return postage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

2. Refunds, Returns & Warranty – Machines & Devices
Refunds & Returns

Refunds are not available once a machine has been delivered, except where the product is confirmed to be faulty under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Machines may not be returned due to change of mind, lack of use, or failure to complete training.

In the event of a suspected fault, the purchaser must notify Skinsetics Limited in writing and follow the warranty claim procedure.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All machines include a manufacturer’s warranty covering the main machine unit against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated in the product description at the time of purchase).

The warranty excludes:

Handpieces, handles, accessories, attachments, and consumable parts

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow training/user instructions

Cosmetic damage or general wear and tear

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Proof of purchase and the machine’s serial number must be provided.

Machines must be returned to the manufacturer or an authorised service centre for inspection.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and redelivery.

The manufacturer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the main machine unit.

Limitations

Liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the main unit.

Skinsetics Limited and the manufacturer accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, client claims, or loss of revenue due to machine downtime.
